The most representative ceremony of Native Americans

The sweat lodge, recalls the maternal womb the earth belly of the mother and unites 4 elements: mother earth that supports and accommodates the rite, the heat of the hot stones, the water of life and connection and the air that we breathe.

In important moments of life of the community and its members, native people have for hundreds of years met up inside such huts to make important decisions, to pray to hold ceremonies, to reconnect with their origins and to live their true essence. It’s a very powerful, intimate and moving experience.

This experience helps us return to our origins, and let go of that which is weighing us down in life and so find renewed energy and strength to face the future.
